Vajra Tara Holistic Therapy

Vajra Tara Holistic Therapy (VT Holistic) was founded in 2009 and aims to offer therapeutic support to individuals seeking mental and emotional support, along with healing and complementary therapies to those deprived of such opportunities due to financial and/or social constraints.

The centre offers a wide range of therapies, and though they are integrated with Buddhist practices they are not limited to Dharmic practitioners, but are available to non Buddhist members of the public as well.

Free clinic and group healing workshops are available for Sangha members and individuals from low income backgrounds.
