Chilel is a form of Qigong that was developed by Dr. Pang Ming in China. He resides in Huaxia Zhineng Qigong Center, in Qinhuangdao, China.
‘Qi’ means life energy and ‘Gong’ means daily effort. It’s a self-healing method that uses Qi. It can also be used for other purposes, such as group healing, healing plants and animals.
This technique was brought to Nepal by our sangha member late Raj K.C. He spent several months learning it directly from Master Luke Chan, on the behest of the Vidyadhara Ratnashree.
The technique requires several hours of dedicated practice and the Vidyadhara Ratnashree himself teaches it to his students as part of the Summer Camp programme in Kathmandu.
Group healing sessions are also practiced by sangha members in our Kathmandu centre.
